In collaboration with Vasava, Found Studio unveils the new visual identity of the UEFA Champions League, inspired by the concept of Kick of Light. We developed two key brand assets: the iconic Starball and the visionary Ultimate Stage.
The reimagined Starball, crafted entirely from glass, enhances colour vibrancy and offers brand adaptability. The material choice elevates the league’s iconic imagery, seamlessly integrating with the new rebrand to enhance the experience.
The Starball
We designed and built the Ultimate Stage as an imagined stadium in a non-specific European city. Combining realistic architectural elements with innovative materials, our work captures the excitement of a UEFA Champions League final.

Behind the scenes
The new design system demanded versatility, needing to work for multiple applications and formats and in visual harmony with the updated typography and graphic elements. Our work is built with flexibility for different screen sizes, platforms, and media, as well as for everything from close-up crops to expansive visual treatments.
